He’s been there—starting his first managerial job as a high-performing contributor who quickly learned that leading others takes more than personal success. After seeing his team’s motivation dip, Scott discovered how to unlock individual strengths, create clarity, and give people the support they need to thrive.

Now, with over 30 years of experience working with organizations like NASA, UnitedHealth Group, and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Scott helps leaders like you build empowered, high-impact teams. His workshops and keynotes offer real-world strategies to boost engagement, inspire accountability, and create a culture where everyone is set up to succeed—and exceed expectations.
